As our new 3D Generalist in the Ghent or Mechelen Digital Arts team, you're the creative powerhouse that makes our clients' visions tangible. Before diving into the software, you want to really think things through, use your vision and shape the strongest possible end result.

What you'll be doing

On a surface level, you will:

Keep our visual standards sky-high. You know which 3D and design trends are genuinely groundbreaking and which ones are just quick gimmicks. You translate creative concepts into stunning 3D realities. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you ensure that every visual perfectly lands and surprises our international clients.

On a deeper level, you will:

• make it land

  You know how to make a still or an animation grab attention. Lighting, angles, composition: you've got a natural eye for what works, and you sweat the details others miss.

• think it through

  You don't just execute a brief, you question it. Together with the Creative Lead, you dig into what will actually make the image land, and you're not afraid to push back if something's off.

• embrace the machine

  You don't fear AI; you use it. You explore, test and integrate AI into your creative workflow. When a new tool drops, you’re the first to dive in and see how it can speed up or elevate your work.

• raise the bar

  You don't just deliver; you inspire. Your skills and creative daring raise the standard for the entire Digital Arts team. You challenge your fellow creatives, share your latest tricks and keep everyone sharp.

• own the deadline

  You keep a cool head when things get busy. Multiple projects with tight turnarounds? No problem. You plan your work meticulously, communicate progress clearly and always deliver.

Who you are

• You've mastered the toolkit.

  Cinema 4D is practically an extension of your hand. Add Octane Render, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop to the mix, and you’re fluent in all of them. You don't just know how the buttons work; you know how to make them sing.

• You bring the weight.

  You've been doing this long enough to know the difference between a good render and a showstopping campaign. Your portfolio shows that you don't just execute instructions, but actively help shape the creative direction.

• You have a weak spot for the new.

  You keep a close eye on what’s happening in design, tech and 3D. You're constantly curious about what’s next and you're not afraid to throw out your old way of working if you find a better, faster or cooler way to do it.

• You're a collaborator, not a solo artist.

  You thrive in a flat structure (yes, holacracy!) where you get a lot of freedom but also take responsibility. You want to work alongside Art Directors, Motion Designers and Strategists to build something bigger than yourself.

• You're ready to commit.

  You see yourself growing within a stable team and you're looking for a permanent home (freelancers, we love you, but we're looking for a steady relationship here). You also live in, or are able to work in Belgium without needing visa or relocation support.
