We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter Intern with the skills and ambition to inspire daring in the world of B2B.

Job description

Our office in Mechelen and Ghent is looking for fresh talent with a gift for words. Words that inspire, enable, and educate audiences across the world of B2B. Are you looking to translate your studies into practice, with the help of over 70 creative colleagues? Then keep on reading. This internship is on-site in our Ghent or Mechelen office. (whichever one you prefer. We promise the other won’t be offended.)

What you’ll do around here

  • Write. Alright, that’s a bit obvious. Specifically, you’ll write clear, creative and engaging commercial copy in both English and Dutch. Tailored to the needs of a variety of B2B projects, of course!

  • Transform briefings into copy. Webcopy, social posts, slogans, e-mail - you’ll tackle it all, while making sure your copy matches the brand’s identity.

  • Create campaigns and concepts. You’ll be involved in every stage of our process, from brainstorm to final deliverable.

  • Make the complex simple. You’ll dive into complex B2B stories and translate them to clear, engaging communication.

  • Create content strategies. Not only will you be writing content, you’ll also join our content specialists in sketching out the best way to reach your target audience.

  • Work with everyone. Designers, strategists, project managers, developers - you’ll cooperate with all of them to bring daring B2B concepts to life. None of them bite, promise.

What you’re like

  • You’re currently doing a Master’s Degree in communications, marketing science, linguistics, or journalism, and are available for at least 6 weeks internship in an office of your choice. (longer is always possible!)

  • You’re able to communicate easily in both English and Dutch.

  • You’re interested in the sectors like energy, transport and logistics, insurance, and medical technology. You’re excited to delve into these topics and come up with engaging and clear copywriting gems.

  • You’re creative, curious, and driven. You’ve got a good grasp on style, tone, and an ability to write for a specific audience.

  • You’re detail oriented and can work both independently and within a team. Bonus points if you’re not afraid to ask questions and take risks.

  • You’re okay with an open and relaxed working environment, but that doesn’t mean you’ll sacrifice discipline and quality.

  • Experience with a mix of channels (website, social media, mails) is a definite bonus!

  • You’re proactive, and not afraid to take the bull by the horns. While working with your team, you’re eager to share insights and learn from your colleagues.
